The DSP ULTRA S uses a newly developed audio signal path with AKM Velvet Sound 32 Bit AD and DA converters and premium TI BurrBrown operational amplifiers.

The goal is simple:

This makes it ideal for high end car audio systems where the quality of the source and tuning matter just as much as the speakers and amplifiers.

Inside the DSP ULTRA S are two powerful 64 Bit audio processors delivering approximately 2.4 billion MAC operations per second.

The DSP ULTRA S includes 8 high level inputs with ADEP.3 integration technology and supports high level signals from 4V up to 32V.

It also supports RCA input sensitivity from 1V to 8V.

VIRTUAL CHANNEL PROCESSING

HELIX Virtual Channel Processing gives installers much greater freedom when routing and combining signals.

The result is more control over the final system instead of being limited by the factory signal layout.

TUNEEQ

HELIX TuneEQ can automatically assist with frequency response correction when used with a suitable measurement microphone.

It can adjust the parametric equalisation toward a selected reference curve, helping make professional system tuning faster and more precise.

REALCENTER

RealCenter creates a dedicated centre channel using information from the left and right front channels.

Unlike simple centre channel summing, HELIX dynamically controls the centre information according to the stereo content.

This can help create a wider and more stable front soundstage for both the driver and passenger.

AUGMENTED BASS PROCESSING
