Shipping

We ship using Aramex, CourierPost, and Mainfreight. Please note that dangerous goods (DG) may take longer to deliver within New Zealand.

Sales Taxes

For orders delivered to a New Zealand address, we automatically apply Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable sales taxes or import duties.

Returns & Warranty

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify us in writing within 5 days of the shipment leaving our distribution center. Failure to do so means the delivery will be considered correct and complete.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims

  • All sales are final, except for damaged or defective items.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

  • If a defective item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund (including delivery costs) will be issued to your Afterpay, Zip, credit card, or bank account.

Return Conditions

  • No refund or replacement will be processed until we receive the returned item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the invoice and return form.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence of:

    • Physical damage or misuse

    • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

    • No fault found upon testing

    • Burnt or blackened voice coils (speakers/subwoofers)

  • Installation-related claims require proof of professional installation.

Shipping Returns

  • Return items securely packaged and shipped via a traceable method.

  • Non-compliant returns will be sent back at the sender’s expense.
